We understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which you may cancel your booking and the associated refund process at Greenleaf Holidays.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellations Made 15 Days Prior to Check-in: Guests who cancel their reservation at least 15 days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
Cancellations Made 7 Days Prior to Check-in: Cancellations made 7 days before the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded.
Cancellations Made Less Than 3 Days Before Check-in: If you cancel your booking within 3 days of the check-in date, no refund will be provided.
No-show: If you fail to arrive at the resort on the check-in date without prior notice, the entire booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be marked as non-refundable. In such cases, the booking amount will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.
Early Departures
No refunds will be given for early departures or unused nights of the reservation, regardless of the reason.
Modifications to Bookings
Booking Changes: Guests can request a change in their booking dates up to 7 days before the original check-in date, subject to availability and rate changes. No modification will be allowed within 3 days of the check-in date.
Refund Process
Refund Timeline: Once your cancellation is confirmed, any eligible refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Payment Processing Fees: Any applicable transaction or processing fees incurred during the booking process are non-refundable.
Bank Delays: Please note that refund times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider, and Greenleaf Holidays cannot control delays caused by financial institutions.
Force Majeure
In the event that Greenleaf Holidays must cancel your booking due to reasons beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, etc.), we will offer you the option to reschedule your stay at no extra cost or provide a full refund.

To cancel a reservation, please contact us directly via email or phone. Please provide your booking reference number and the details of your reservation for faster processing.
Changes to This Policy
Greenleaf Holidays reserves the right to amend this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date. It is the responsibility of the guest to review this policy before making a booking.
